Destiny Preparatory Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to support educational enrichment and innovation for children and families.
The Foundation works in collaboration with educators, community partners, and schools to deliver evidence-based programming that enhances learning outcomes beyond the traditional classroom.

Why The Foundation Exists
Many families lack access to affordable, high-quality enrichment opportunities outside of school hours. Destiny Preparatory Foundation addresses this need by offering structured, engaging, and research-aligned programming that supports both academic achievement and whole-child development.
My Story
Dr. Temia Sibley serves the Jacksonville community through education, mentorship, and service. Her work includes founding and leading an APPLE nationally accredited early learning S.T.R.E.A.M. academy. She also mentors early learning owners and directors citywide with Early Learning Coaliton of Duval Childcare Directors Mentor Program and the Business Leadership Institute for Early Learning Masterclass Series. She takes pride ni empowering young ladies between the ages of eight and nineteen through the Destiny Preparatory Foundation, Inc.'s Annual Ladies of Destiny Tea Party supporting S.T.R.E.A.M. initiatives. Through scholarship, service, and leadership, she consistently works ot expand opportunity, strengthen families, and uplift children and families across Jacksonville.
